this information we can come up with a basic cost estimate to get you started.

You do not need to have professional
drawings to start with us - we will help develop and design your idea - then if you desire, you can submit the formulated
idea to your architect.
Our
design department creates a final project drawing for you to approve before any work starts.

Installation
We
design our Lighthouse projects for easy site set-up. In many cases, a local contractor in
your area can handle the job. We can provide full or partial installation support and will advise what method is most
cost effective.
We
will advise you on basic foundation requirements. Our company does not build your foundation. In many cases a
simple concrete reinforced slab with a footing will do the job.

Design and Engineering
Our design department can provide PE stamped certified engineered designs. We
can provide equipment that will sustain exposure to challenging weather conditions and hurricanes.

Delivery
Fabrication time - 8 weeks or can be considerably
longer.
Occasionally model units are sold and can be shipped out quicker.
Consider ahead
for next season if you want a spring or early summer installation.

Shipping
rates are carrier and situation sensitive. We quote an amount to cover shipping - you will pay the carrier upon delivery.

Warranty
Without exception, the true measure of any company is the quality of support before,
during, and after the equipment Installation. In general, if
something goes wrong within one year and it's our fault - we fix it.

Pricing Terms
Jobs
typically require 25% deposit to cover up front design, engineering and to insure commitment, balance due at delivery.
